About the project

Alongside the implementation of a bid toolkit site and new bid processes, Jeremy supported the bid function with their development and positioning in the business leading to award winning results.

The Challenge

The bid function at Stantec needed to assert new processes and ways of working to drive performance. Competition had increased, with a need to win more key frameworks and improve mini-bid performance. The team also needed further professional development and recognition.

The Solution

Alongside a major project in concert with the Head of Bids to land new digitised best practice processes and bid writing training for leaders and fee earners - Jeremy worked with the bid function on their development. He has coached the Head of Bids on transformation and impact and has delivered a programme of training and development with the bid managers and co-ordinators, including them all passing their APMP Foundation exams.

The Result

The Head of Bid Management won the 2023 Bid Team Leader of the year award at the APMP UK Conference for the transformation and development programmes.
