We’re experienced in organisation design and people development for Bids and Proposals Functions, having specified, recruited and developed a range of successful sales, capture and bid teams ourselves at Arcadis and Mace and for our clients, including at Stantec. We understand what great looks like, with insight into high performing teams and performance management in the bidding space.
We will work with you to design a one day training workshop for your bid function people in how to manage bids effectively in accordance with your processes, how to engage and manage stakeholders and how to facilitate great storyboarding and content development - repositioning the function as work winning trusted advisors to your leadership and fee earners.

Making robust collaborative decisions on whether you can win, how you will win, and making the commitment of the right resources.

Developing your proposition, win themes and commercial strategy and then kicking off the development of content, with everyone aligned.

Driving the business to develop a winning valuable service delivery model and using storyboarding to break down questions and criteria to develop winning responses.

Further developing the content outlined in the storyboards into compelling responses and ensuring you are on track to deliver a winning bid to your client.

Using your review gateways and skills to improve your document to take it from a good to great .

Making sure you achieve appropriate and diligent sign off of your proposals internally and safely prepare your bid submission for delivery.
