Jeremy spent time with the bid function training and preparing them for their APMP Foundation certification exam as well as exploring bid function excellence.

 

The Challenge

The business had a fairly junior bid function, treated largely as an admin resource at times. The team needed to gain recognition as a true value generating in the business, and engaged appropriately to be able to drive best practices and performance in winning work.

 

The Solution

Jeremy spent time with the bid function training and preparing them for their APMP Foundation certification exam as well as exploring bid function excellence - making the content real for them in their world and scenarios - teaching them to drive on the motorway, not just pass the driving test.

 

The Result

The whole team passed their APMP Foundation exams. They have begun to gain real traction with the business, driving greater engagement earlier on and winning deals with less stress and burden.
