Delivery of a bid writing masterclass programme to land their new digital bid process site and way of working on writing bids for the better.

 

The Challenge

The business had desperate sales teams and client facing people submitting proposals to differing standards with no consistent bid process or level of understanding. As a result, win rates were mixed across different business units.

 

The Solution

Jeremy worked with the sales leadership team to develop an enterprise bid toolkit site and aligned micro learning videos and then kicked off the change programme with a one day bid writing masterclass programme for all stakeholders in the business to get everybody on the same page.
