Willmott Dixon / Scape
About the project
Aligning framework provider and contractor in their pursuit of growing workload together
The challenge
Wilmot Dixon, together with their construction framework partners Scape, wanted to bring together a single joint approach to pursuing key opportunities in their joint pipeline. They also wanted to use the process to cement their relationships at a national and regional level across their respective teams.
The solution
Jeremy brought together the Wilmott Dixon and Scape client facing leaders from across the country into one session at the Scape offices in Nottingham for a one-day capture training session. This was followed by a series of regional level catch up teams calls on the development of the capture plans for pilot pursuits.
The Result
The combined group are all on the same page and underway with pursuing their key opportunities and influencing clients, with far higher, likelihood of success and certainty of conversion.
As well as looking at the APMP Capture Practitioner exam requirements and techniques, we also worked together to understand the application of Capture Planning within the Rullion business environment, which has been hugely valuable.
