The Challenge
The most recent challenge we have helped ease, has been in supporting colleagues in the Kier Nuclear business understand how to build and keep momentum in their long term relationships with clients on major projects and programmes. Getting everyone client facing across a large team focused on client value.
The Solution
Jeremy has spent time facilitating workshops with the Kier Nuclear leadership team diagnosing where improvement and client benefit could be derived. He has helped them build their approach to key account management and zipper planning client relationships. And he has facilitated collaborative high performing teams sessions involving Kier/BAM JV members together with their client people to drive better closer collaboration and co-solutioning of value creation.
The Result
The business now has deeper closer relatuoships wit its major clients, with even better client feedback, greater visibility of pipeline and certainty of conversion.
